ve been going to this place for drugtesting for four years, always appreciating that there was no waiting line. This time, however, the experience was terrible. I arrived on time, paid for the test, and waited. When called in, I was treated rudely by the staff, who spoke loudly and aggressively. I provided the sample but was told it wasn’t enough and needed to urinate more. After a second attempt, the staff member knocked and harshly said I was out of time. I tried to stay calm, but the attitude was upsetting. I drank water and walked around to try again. After some time, I was ready, but then I was informed the test had been canceled, despite paying for it. My time was wasted, and the experience left me frustrated.

I am planning going tomorrow to this location , I’ve seen all bad reviews and I am surprised that management doesn’t address this personnel behavior. However, I will update this review tomorrow morning depends on my experience, hopefully I have a good experience here.

The worst office I've ever been in. Be prepared to wait for over an hour just to be called to the window. Highly unprofessional staff

Everyone at the desk here us rude. No matter what question you have they find a way to get annoyed and answer with extreme rudeness. I'm going to be changing doctors just so I do not have to deal with this place ever again. If you don't like people, work in a back office somewhere where you can't bring your negativity into other people's lives.

Seems like the staff are nice and professional when you arrive but not answering calls is a big deal especially for a lab so gotta give two stars

why are the workers so upset at this place lmao jesus christ okay break for them is 12:00-12:30 granted so i waited in my car till 12:47 went back the door still lock with the lights off but at the front desk the lights on so i waited till 12:55 lady came by the front desk so i knocked on the door she said you gonna have to give us a few mins with a crazy attitude smh cool so i waited till 1:15 no show 1:30 i said f it and left

I regret to say that the receptionist's demeanor was shockingly rude. Their abrasive attitude tainted my entire visit, leaving me feeling disrespected and unappreciated. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service in a healthcare setting.
