Horrible customer service, I dealt with Marisol for 4 days and on the very last day as I was being given my car keys, the remote control was not fixed which was one of the 3 issues I walked in the first day and stated. Marisol became hostile when I re told our conversations and Marisol decided to no longer deal with me, she stormed out the office for me to deal with the Technician Manager. Her entire approach was uncalled for and very unprofessional. If she wasn't at work she would've physical harmed me with her hostile response and raised voice. They lost a customer and referrals from me.

I was there for a few weeks and spoke to Nick LaSorsa. I was selling my 2019 BMW. I love what he saw. With no hesitation after looking and inspecting the vehicle, we moved forward and made a great offer. Then, it was brought to my attention over a straightforward mistake BMW made. It had to do with my millage. Nick informed me of what needed to be done. And even though the car was sold, Nick was in my corner to make sure I knew what to expect from the dealership, signing documents before selling my car. Nick was transparent and took his time helping me over the phone. It doesn't come better than LaSorsa Chevrolet. I highly recommend LaSorsa Chevrolet.

Ariel is a crook and the entire team is part of the scam‼They said I had an oil leek than removed my oil and almost licked my engine. I decided to get a second opinion and they said it was the casket fixed it for less than $200. While Ariel was asking me to finance a new engine for 8,000.00 or trade in my car. They prey on their customers.

Today I give 5 stars because My experience was very good. I was in the dealership early and I received Not help No customer service.. .............All employees more the 10 associated peoples see me and no put attention to me at the moment I was the only customer beside my sister and we decided to go.... but someone just arrived from outside and she was my ? angel....... Needy Guerrero has the best customer service skill and passion for what she do...... I think you need more Neidy Guerrero with great customers services also Neidy help me to purchase my new car support me with the insurance transfer and the best... she care about customer...... great job Neidy you are awesome ? ? ? ? ? ? thank you for all your support God bless you

I went to LaSorsa after feeling like I didn't matter at Curry Chevrolet in Scarsdale. There a salesperson named Neidy Guerrero helped me. She spent the whole day with me showing me cars I could afford and taking all the time I needed to make a decision. At no time did she pressure me into anything and she made me feel like she cared about what I wanted. I ended up trading in my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and leaving with a certified used 2019 Chevrolet Equinox that same day. Do yourself a favor, see Neidy at LaSorsa if you're looking for a car.

Brought the car here to be serviced. Came in earlier than my appointment time and good thing that I did - there were a lot of people at 10am. They do a general intake then they assign someone to you - I got assigned to Jay who was very nice, but everyone there was nice. The ladies behind the counter are very efficient and I received calls and emails confirming the appointment prior. The wait of course is endless, these places are always a time suck so come in prepared to wait. What we ended up paying was very reasonable for what they did. They addressed all the issues we had of immediate concern and also made a follow up call a few days later to ask if we were happy with service. Overall a good experience for what it is.

I will never be going back here again. I called to book an appointment to do my state inspection However without asking me they went ahead and did an oil and filter change as well or atleast that what they said. So I was like you know what whatever fine. When I got home I decided to check my receipt and I noticed $3.25 to top up washer fluid and coolant so I decided to check and see if this was done and I was not surprised to see my washer fluid was almost empty and the coolant resivor was not touched because the cap was still covered with dust. What is disgusting is not that they changed $3.25 for for this it was because they charged for it and did not do it. Additionally I looked at my dash cam video only to see the staff driving recklessly and have highly offensive conversations. Now I wonder if they even changed the oil so I went under my car to check and guess what I had the same oil filter there I did 6 months ago not only that even of they did lie to me about the oil change the least that they could have done was reset my cars service light to which they did not. If you are a customer here you might want to reconsider or atleast review what they said they did before you leave. After 5 years I am no longer going here
