I came to this establishment yesterday at 5:17 pm upon arrival I was not seated I was instead told to find a table. I found a table near the booth that can fit my party of 5 that were soon arriving. A Hispanic woman who was the waitress that told me to find a seat approached me asking how many were coming I told her 4 she then told mme I would have to move to a singular table until my full party has arrived. I then asked was the table I just at going to be Available for when everyone comes she says “yes it will be tables are first come first serve but if the full party isn’t here u can sit somewhere else until they arrive ” I then obliged and had no issues moving until my party arrived. I was seated directly next to my table at a single table and ordered a drink. Shortly after one out of the 4 have arrived and the Hispanic lady comes to takes away both our menus and tells us to use the QR code on my phone instead. I ordered by drink before my friend had arrived and still haven’t received so my friend then orders a drink. The waitress’s leaves and brings a party of 4 men to the table she just moved me from. I look around there are multiple tables empty in the booth area so i presumed she would move us to one of those. After 10minutes our drinks haven’t came so I got the attention of another waitress who was AA I explain to her the situation and as I’m explaining another friend arrived which is now 3 out of 4. The new waiter agrees why would she move me to a single table if more of my party were in route? We decided we weren’t going to dwell on it and instead just wait for the others to arrive. As the AA waiter is bringing the drinks and food 2 more people arrive with my party which I hadn’t expected extra. I get the attention of the Hispanic waitress that assured me my party would be seated comfortably she then says hold on shes going to get the manager to seat us. The manager comes and starts TELLING ME not explaining TELLING ME “ so this what I’m going to do your going to sit in the front table right there” upon looking at the table it’s IN THE FRONT of the restaurant close to the door they put two SINGLE tables together and 5 chairs. I told him I did not want that seat it’s cold I’m wearing a skirt and I prefer to sit where she had moved me there are two empty booths he states” those booths are reserved for 9pm” at the time it was only 6:23pm!!!!!!! Why are u telling me about something for 9pm if I’m physically here 3.5 hours earlier than the reservation. HE THEN SAYS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL U which pissed me off even more because at this point am I paying for discomfort? I tell them we’re going to leave he forces the waitress to Harass me to pay my food she came to the table 7 times while my food was still untouched and drinks were nowhere near half empty I go to pay for my food but I am still complaining and upset the manger SEND SECURITY TO STAND OVER ME WHILE IM SITTING THERE AND I ATTACHED IMAGES OF HIM WITH A SKI BLACK HAT ON HIS HEAD TO BULLY ME OUT THE RESTAURANT!?!? I kindly took my time finishing my drink the security guard opens his mouth to tell me they would like me to leave the premises AFTER I JUST PAID FOR MY FOOD AND WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED?!? I gather my things and head out the door but my friends were still at the table I try to go back in the MANGER TOLD THE SECURITY GUARD TO NOT LET ME BACK IN AS IF IM A MENACE. The manager is the fath black guy and he does not know how to communicate coherently he is not good with dealing with angry customers who are being FORCED TO SPEND MONEY FOR DISCOMFORT AND CLEAR AS DAY THE HISPANIC WAITRESS WAS PREJUDICE NOT TO MENTION THIS WAITRESS GAVE MY FRIEND A SMALL SIZE DRINK FOR THE FULL PRICE I ORDERED THE SAME DRINK AND THE AA WAITRESS GAVE ME A BIGGER CUP AND TOLD ME SHE GAVE US THE WRONG SIZE so this was on purpose!!! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL THEY DO SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSES BECAUSE THIS WAS OUTLANDISH!

I had high hopes for Last Stop Grill & Bar, especially after following them on Instagram for a while. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the fact that it's a cash-only bar in NYC is simply unacceptable. In a city where convenience is key, not accepting cards feels like a step back in time.Secondly, the decision to charge a cover charge is puzzling, especially when the prices for drinks are exorbitant. $17 for a Rum and Coke? That's outrageous, especially for a bar outside of Manhattan. On top of that, the $40 charge for hookah is just absurd.During my visit on a Friday night, I found the overall experience to be disappointing. It felt like one letdown after another. In the end, we decided to cut our losses and get a bottle elsewhere.Supporting local spots is important to me, but Last Stop Grill & Bar made it incredibly difficult to do so.If you're looking for a better experience, I recommend checking out Kutty Lounge on Allerton. They offer better prices, a better vibe, and better music - a far superior choice in my opinion.

I've been meaning to make it out to this place for quite some time, but as the name implies, it's literally the last stop in the Bronx. It's not exactly a convenient location unless you live or work nearby. So I was excited to see they were on DoorDash. So yes, this is a delivery order. And yes, I ordered late at night and I was bleary-eyed and took terrible photos. I got their famous butter Mac n' cheese, the crispy butter chicken sandwich, and the chef's chicken souvlaki special. The butter Mac n' cheese was, as expected, cheesy. Also creamy and topped with Panko breadcrumbs. It was rich and the perfect "after-party" food. The crispy butter chicken sandwich was a pretty good Indian-American fusion dish, had a decent amount of spice (but not hot for those newbies out there), and had some cool, crispy pickles that added some crunch and tanginess. The Chef Souvlaki special is made with grilled chicken strips, tomato, onion, bacon, melted mozzarella, and tzatziki sauce. Great flavors, lots of different textures, all pleasant. Good dish overall for sure. Fries were a little limp. This is mainly bar food. Some dishes: hangover burger, classic burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, the cuban. They also have wings, tacos, nachos chicken fingers, salads. Because I ordered deliver, I can't speak to the other Yelper's complaints or cheers, such as the pricey ATM, the expensive cover charge, the quality of the DJ, or the cocktails. Looking at the whole picture, this is an ok place to go if you're in the area. The Indi eats are pretty good. But ultimately, this bar doesn't know what it wants to be. Why serve non-indi tacos? Most of their brunch service is far removed from Indian food. I sought this place out because it was marketed as a cool, edgy Indian fusion place. This place doesn't have a solid identity. My delivery (solely from that Indi Eats section) was good. The rest seems uninspired, like you could get those dishes anywhere. Glad I tried it. Wouldn't bother to go in person. Four stars based solely on the Indi Eats.

I stopped by in a Friday night with my coworkers and let's just say the music was jumping the drinks was kid size cups with adult prices but the hookah was amazing as well as the hookah man. I will say you have to close each tab and tip every-time u order so i don't like that but it was good vibes....

My friend and I only went there for the drinks and the hookah and it was good. The bartender was attentive, the drinks were strong and the hookah was on point.

Fish, Shrimp, and Steak Tacos were all A1 and I definitely recommend. What made the night was Amanda’s hibiscus margarita. I come here often for the food but the drink she recommended and hand crafted made the night!
