No complaints so far. Communication on point let it be to be early or later for pick up or drop off. Clothes washed, dried and folded under all my instructions. The delivery guys always so respectful of my time.

I’ve been using the pickup service for about at-least 4 years now and it changed my life! My clothes are always clean and smell good and they follow my instructions like not too much fabric softener since I’m sensitive to smells. The pickup guys are always courteous and on time with pickup and drop off.
