This place over charges you for simple manicure and pedicure. They also charge a lot of extra money for just change a color or even if you want to get more than 2 regular color in your nails. The man (I guess is the owner) who sits right by the door and does acrylic nails is very mean and rude. They also will talk about you right on your face among each other when your ask questions. I don’t understand their language but body language, I do. There’s only like 2 young Chinese girls that knows how to paint nails nicely because the older ladies that are there won’t do a good job now even the paint.

Worst pedicure ever. The person who helped me only cared about selling (spa pedicure, callus remover). She didn't clean my nails, and I paid extra for a foot massage(reflexology foot massage)and she only focused on my calf.Dont waste your money and time
there.

I came in to take my acrylic toe nails off and they told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait, but when I asked for a pedicure with acrylic toe take down they were willing to take me instantly. They looked me up and down, spoke in their language and laughed. Very disrespectful and distasteful just because I didn’t want to spend MORE money with them. Mind you I came from far and called in advance

I Never had a Bad Experience at Lily Nail Salon Surprised to read some Negative Reviews..My own Experience I can say,Luv,Luv my Regular French Gel MANICURE..I Like all the technicians,Quick, Precise,n I never wait long even if I'm a walk in..They do take appointments as well..I have no Extension,No tips..I am always happy w my results.
Salon is small but Always clean. They offer Waxings,Spa Pedicures, Manicures etc..I pay $36 for French Gel Mani,No design.
Cleanliness: Fairly Clean, Especially Spa tub for Pedicure..

Luis always does my nails and does a phenomenal job. With this set he knocked it out of the park with the gel set, this place has great service and quality!! It's sad to see these negative reviews, if you a respectful and communicate what you want you will be very happy with your results. Def recommend!

Consistently good service and quality. Luis does an amazing job with my nails every time. Unlike other salons I always leave here very happy with my nails, the application and retention is great and they always give me what I ask for or better. Try this place truly you won't be disappointed, these photos speak for themselves!

I had gotten nail tips put on with a gel polish. Within 2 days there was a blackening of the gel . The gentleman fixed it with another coat. Within 2 days the gel polish was chipping off. When I called the woman said they fixed it once and this time there would be a charge. Within 6 days the nail tips were coming off. The prices for the nail tips were 50 and weren’t worth it at all. Listen, you’re in the BX, lots of slim pickings. I went for a pedicure. They were professional and courteous, and for me, that goes a long way. All prices were visibly listed, so there were no surprise charges. They accept cash and cards. Queenie ( not sure how to spell her name) was wonderful!!! I recommend this nail salon and will be returning.
