I made an appointment and still had to wait a very long time to get seen…. The gentlemen who did my manicure was professional and listened when I explained what I wanted , I was very pleased. The lady who did my pedicure however was extremely rough and hurt me multiple times - I was drying my nails when I was approached about the check by her so I couldn’t give the gentlemen the tip I felt he earned. I tipped the woman who did my toes less than him because she hurt me and even after saying to her which tip was hers she took the bigger tip intended for the gentlemen which was so off-putting and by the time my mother told me about what she had done we were already on the way out and just wanted to leave… the service is fine but the customer service could use a lot of work.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure was well done and I have no complaints....... however this gel manicure is terrible. First she had to do my thumbs over. Initially when she seen a line through my nail polish she didn’t say anything to me instead she called over another person at the nail salon and started talking about it. When I finally seen what they were talking about I asked her to go it over. Her first response was “no good” and she continued to paint my nails. I asked her again and she had a complete attitude while doing my thumbs over. So it’s been less than 12 hours since my nails were done and they are already chipping. I won’t be able to address this tomorrow because I’m going on vacation. Smh

Yes the people are nice however they do not know how to properly do nails I gave them a second chance and it is just a horrific this is the 2nd time I go there and the last, I am just appalled.

Love this place. The owner is super knowledgeable about nails. Definitely call to book your appointment ahead of time. My nails never chip after getting them done here.

I have been going to Yier Nails for over a year now. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, acrylics and gel manicures from here. I usually visit every few weeks to get my gel manicure done. From start to finish the lady who is the owner does my nails with lots of care and patience. Even if it past open hours of business she never rushes to get the job done. They also use good brands such as opi & essie and color options for gel is plenty too. I know the gel manicure price is from $20-25 (depending on type of gel) & the other prices I dont remember but everything is very reasonable. The place may be a little run down but it is better than other places in the neighborhood that tend to rush and leave me with many cuts on my fingers.

If I can give less than one star I would have meaning -1. I went and got a gel manicure, a pedicure, and did my eyebrows, and waxed above my upper lip. 1) they take FORVERRR. 2)As I was paying the owner indicated she was charging me a dollar extra for the waxing of my "mustache". my response was well she should have indicated that but ok. She then turned around and scoffed at me. I asked her why she was reacting like that if I just paid about 55.00 for everything. Her husband then put his hand up and told me to please be quiet. I left furiousssss.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNCOURTEOUS, HORRIBLE SERVICE, OWNERS ACT LIKE THEY DONT NEED ANY BUSINESS ANYWAY.
