Do NOT do business with this pharmacist! I wish I had heeded the warning from a review four months ago. My fiancé and I went in, and at first, everything seemed fine—he got his prescription with top-notch service. But when it was my turn for my birth control prescription, I was slapped with an extra $20 charge. I've never been charged that before, despite having the same insurance (just had to switch pharmacies due to one closing). When I asked why, the pharmacist got defensive and tried to justify it by talking about discounts that I didn't care about. All I wanted to know was the breakdown of what my insurance was paying and why I was being hit with this fee.
Then, he had the nerve to mansplain my birth control to me, insisting I get three refills at $20 each because of my cycles. I was on the verge of losing it when he wouldn't just give me a straight answer about my insurance coverage. And then, he had the audacity to try to negotiate the price with me! I've never had a pharmacist try to haggle with me before. Who does he think he is, trying to upsell or take advantage of people in our community?
He kept trying to have the last word and even got loud when we pushed back. Eventually, he told us to never come back. So here I am, heeding his wish and warning others to steer clear.. Good luck to anyone who still relies on this pharmacy—I won't be going back, and neither should you.

It was hit or miss with Lydig Pharmacy having a medication in stock. To make it worse, they wouldn't check to see if it was in stock until the fill date, which resulted in a delay in getting it. And then on occasion, they would inform you their supplier had the medication on back-order and they couldn't get it, leading to further delays while the prescription was transferred to another pharmacy. Several times, this resulted in being without a medication.If you're trying to support a local pharmacy, this all might be forgiven, understanding a small business is battling big box giants. However, on several occasions, the man at the register became rude when asked questions or when I stopped by to give them a heads-up a prescription had been called in that they may not have in stock.

I visited this pharmacy, for the first time, this morning. The pharmacist and his assistant went out of their way to help me with a dilemma my husband & I were facing. They handled our problem with professionalism and compassion.I can't sing their praises enough.

Great place! Had a low price on a hard to find foreign medication. I live too far away, otherwise I would make it my own pharmacy in no time!
