As a first time solo user, the staff was very helpful and instructive. Large number of both washing and drying machines. Additional seating would be nice, but given the space limitations, understandable.

Used the drop off service and they only accept cash payments. Would go back if I could use a card payment. Also, once I got my laundry back, I would’ve like to have seen different bags separating socks from underwear and shirts etc.

I give them a high five, I don't have any problems at all. People doing their own business washing their own clothes, whatever problem they have, they go to the laundry worker. The service is ok and taking care the place.
