It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, But I am extremely disappointed. I went to this location to get my Fingerprints for security guard license. After paying all fees and waiting for weeks I get a letter from the NYS Vision of Licensing Services for Security Guard stating "No results provided from fingerprint receipt, contact identogo and return new receipt of electronic Fingerprints with entire application by mail within 90 days. App fee paid. After waiting all this time, I have to go back and get a new fingerprint done and summit it to NYS because No results provided from fingerprint receipt by Identogo! Somebody not doing there jobs correctly! This is unacceptable.

I went in for finger printing and before me was 3 other people in line but the line moved very fast . I was in and out with in 30 minutes. The shop is clean, quiet and neat .

I've lived in this area for almost 14 yrs and I must say this Mail + Print & Ship Center was very needed. I've used this center for many different things from printing, shipping and fingerprint. The service I received each time was wonderful and I truly appreciate the staff help each time. I will using this location again very soon for passport pics.

Review for IdentoGO Services at 1223 E 233rd St, Bronx, NY 10466
My name is Paul, and I recently visited this IdentoGO location inside the mail and print store to apply for a TWIC card. Previously, I had a positive experience here while obtaining my hazardous endorsement, which was handled efficiently. Unfortunately, my latest visit did not meet my expectations.

During my application process, I encountered significant issues related to the fee adjustment for CDL drivers with a hazardous materials endorsement. It is clearly stated by TSA that such endorsements qualify for a reduced fee. However, the employee on duty struggled to understand and apply this policy, despite it being clearly prompted on the system.
The default system setting automatically suggests the normal fee of $125. However, there is an option to select a reduced fee for those with a hazardous endorsement. The employee insisted on the higher fee, misunderstanding the system’s prompts, which caused confusion and frustration.
I believe that training and comprehension are critical, especially when handling sensitive personal and financial information. It's vital that all employees are well-versed in the nuances of their responsibilities. I am compelled to bring this to the attention of IdentoGO, Idemia, and TSA to prevent future applicants from experiencing similar issues.
I am not upset about the price but rather the principle of the matter and the potential implications for other applicants. It's essential that staff in these positions are not only literate but also fully comprehend their tasks and the systems they use.
I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that additional training or support will be provided to ensure that all employees can perform their duties effectively and accurately.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unprofessional. Very Rude. I went there for fingerprints and an older man with glasses that’s apart of their staff humiliated me and even when I was uncomfortable he continued to make me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
