I am writing to express my concerns regarding the condition and management of a particular store. I have visited other locations of this chain and have not encountered similar issues. During my visit yesterday, I observed a hazardous situation where an open bottle was left unattended, which was noticed by my daughter, who is autistic. Unfortunately, she inadvertently consumed some of the contents before I could intervene.
I reported this incident to a staff member; however, there was an apparent lack of urgency or seriousness in their response, as the bottle remained in place. It is disheartening to witness neglect in a retail environment, especially concerning the safety of customers.
I urge the management to consider the implications of such oversights, as one would not wish for similar incidents to occur with their own family members. I trust my feedback will prompt a review of safety practices within the store to prevent future occurrences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
