We tried to return the goods in this store, but the seller behind the counter could not understand the invoice for almost 30 minutes. She tried to explain something incredibly stupid. In the end, we managed to finish everything and return the goods. But when we got home, it turned out that everything was done incorrectly, she returned the wrong goods. And now we have to go to the store again.

This wasn’t my first time at this store, but today was a disappointing experience. I lost my phone, which had my ID and credit cards inside. Two lovely cashiers kindly tried to help, but I couldn’t locate it, so I asked the store manager for assistance or to check the security cameras.
As a former store manager myself in a large store, I know the importance of helping customers in situations like this. To my surprise, the store manager didn’t even bother to help. Instead, he simply told me to wait and see if someone found it or to keep looking on my own. He also dismissed the idea of checking the cameras, saying they wouldn’t show anything, so what’s the point of having them if they’re not used for security or assisting customers?
Thankfully, a kind customer continued helping me, and we eventually found my phone. Huge thanks to the two cashiers who genuinely cared, but I’m extremely disappointed to see a store manager with zero customer service skills

My go to Marshall’s but their shoe selection has gotten worse 😅 much better for an older woman’s audience.
Also several months ago there was an altercation when someone was stealing. I didn’t know and the cashier just very ominously told me there was blood by the front and to watch out😭😭 every other cashier has been very nice and normal tho

Though I found what I was looking for, I was extremely disappointed that Marshall's took away a booth or chairs to try on shoes at the shoe. I have a physical disability which makes it hard to stand and put on shoes at the same time. I had to sit on the floor while others tried to walk past me. It was embrassing, I am very disappointed in Marshall's. This was not an experience I enjoyed.

Found a beautiful travel bag. Unfortunatelly, it didn't have the strap. Another bag the same style was complete, but the zipper was ruined. I asked if they could remove the strap from the ruined bag and added to the one I wanted...the cashier and another employee encouraged me to ask the supervisor. The late, in a nasty attitude, just replied NO...she didn't explain why...just NO and gave me her back! Needles to say, I'm not visiting that store anymore.
