I had a terrific experience at the Riverdale Mattress Firm. Truly happy with the mattress I was sold. The salesperson Dennis was outstanding, and I highly recommend going to the store and working with him to buy your mattress. I'd hobbled in after sleeping on a mattress I bought on-line directly by a mattress manufacturer, and though it was expensive and touted as a mattress great for side sleepers and people prone to back issues, it seriously did not work for me. Dennis listened to my issues and helped me find the firmest option. He matched the MF online discounted price. He helped get it delivered smoothly as quickly as possible (In pain from that other mattress, I was sleeping on the floor rather than on it!) Since the new mattress came, I am pain-free and getting great sleep. I won't buy a mattress on-line again. Some things you just need to try first I guess. I'm very grateful some stores still exist and truly appreciate the salesperson-ship of Dennis at the Riverdale Best Mattress. (And the others seem pretty great too.) Thank you Dennis Liranzo!

I went shopping for 2 new mattresses on Sunday 9/29 at the Mattress Firm location in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. I was instantly greeted with professionalism and smile from store associate Carmen. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with her details about the products in stocks. She helped me make the best decision based on the information I gave her about my sleeping habits. I enjoyed the attention to detail and the time efficiency in which she worked.

Customer Service was excellent, delivery was the next day. Carmen the sleep expert was professional, kind and humble, and took her time showing the varieties of beds and their properties. The mattress of choice was amazing which it was recommended by the sleep expert. Thank you Carmen for the suggestion, and great customer service.
