Great customer service. The gentleman that was there was extremely patient with my husband and I. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the different types of mattress’s that would meet our needs. We bought a mattress and are very satisfied. Thank You.

Love mattress firm The hub the mattress they sell here is good quality it last you a long time. The workers there treats you kindly and respectful. These mattress are so comfortable you going to sleep like a baby.

Mr. Jarius Was very nice and courteousHe helped me look around to make the right choice of mattress that was a fit for meMr Darius was extremely patient as I went mattress to mattress he described each mattress and what they were filled with and how it would work for me. Mr Darius helped me choose what was best for me in my price range. I give this place 5 stars because the Representative that helped me and my fiancé out his name was Jarius and he was very attentive, he answered all our questions in a respectable and educated manner, he was sensitive to our financial situation and helped us pick out the perfect beds that we needed and were looking for … I got a twin and a queen. He let us check out any of the beds we were interested in and informed us about each bed throughly.. I highly recommend this place , the customer service was great and me and my fiancé left the store feeling like we made the right decisions in which beds we chose and bought .. and it’s affordable.. thank you mattressfirm and thank you Jarius ! Definitely a wonderful and informative employee!

the most uncomfortable, stressful experience . I have heard rumors of Mattress Firm being a front for a ponzi scheme or money laundering & it’s because only the sale part is pleasant. every other part of the process customer seems to come absolutely last.Thursday, 8/17, I visited the MattressFirm online & I ONLY decided to go with mattress firm because the website said they could deliver the next day, Friday and I was in a rush.On Friday, 8/18 I went to see the mattress; the salesperson was kind because making the sale matters most. I told her immediately that I was looking for the fastest delivery but she said she had to go through the ENTIRE purchase process before she could tell me a delivery date. She saw the ability for same day delivery as well (Friday, 8/18) but did not understand the COI code that came up on her computer. She could only get delivery for Saturday, 8/19. I decided to go purchase my bed frame & call customer service to find out more — the website will say a delivery but it’s only to corporate offices for Certificate of Insurance. With no way to know this, I had already commuted to the store & wasted hours. I decided to go back before close and finalize my order. By the time I came back to the store, delivery was pushed to Sunday, 8/20. While I expressed my frustration at the inconvenience, the salesperson literally walked away in the middle of me speaking. I had to reassure her that my frustration was warranted & she was satisfied by knowing i would still make the purchase & so she encouraged me to call customer service.TIP: When you call customer service, the only way to speak to a real person is to say you want to buy a mattress, otherwise it never connects. When I finally connected, the salesperson was practically silent & emotionless, leaving me to feel absolutely in incredibly unheard by “the sleep experts”. I’d think the sleep experts would have more compassion, consideration or communication but that’s not the case. They are experts are getting you to spend money regrettably. Save yourself the headache & go ANYWHERE else.My delivery was scheduled for Sunday, 8/20 between 10-12. They send an email the night before to confirm. EVEN IF YOU CONFIRM, YOU NEED TO PICK UL THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALL. THEY WILL NOT COME TO YOUR DOOR. I was literally in and out of the house moving the bed frame in. The delivery drivers arrived, called, never got out of their truck (I HAVE CAMERAS) and left. I do not understand why they wouldn’t GET OUT OF THE TRUCK and ring a doorbell.I called back to back for over an hour trying to understand when I could reschedule my delivery. The sales associate would say they’d call me back in 5m and 20minutes would go by, so I would call back. The final time I called back, the associate got an attitude and told me “I’ve spoken to you more than my mother today.” THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was also on text with my original sales associate & when she realized how unhappy I was and that I will likely return the mattress, I never got a text back to tell me when my delivery would be. Ultimately, I was very short and direct and asked for my delivery to be reschedule immediately. Apparently, they cannot reschedule until the truck finishes ALL of its deliveries for the day -- thus delaying my delivery an additional two days. Here I am, trying to get a mattress they are willing to charge me thousands of dollars for -- but they won’t communicate with me.I DONT TRUST IT. If they can’t communicate during my purchase & delivery, I ABSOLUTELY FEAR having to call them for anything else be it insurance or anything. I don't want to test that out. so I cannot keep this mattress.DO NOT BUY FROM STORES. Apparently, the stores & the websites cannot work on each others orders. I would NOT EVER purchase from a store because you’ll need to go to the store for everything. If you call customer service, they will tell you to contact the store if your order was not placed online. SO INCONVENIENT & FEELS LIKE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM H

Preemptively called to see if size of mattress was available. Zoey the sales person assured that it was and recommended a few things but that it works be best to come in prison to get the feel. We went to store and she received us very enthusiastically. We reviewed and liked a couple items. Questions were asked and even though we didn’t buy the mattress at that very moment to shop a little more, we did but feel pressured or coerced to buy them and there. Felt respected and listened to which is very fortunate bc she did the order at a different time at our behest and we were able to finalize via text. Delivery was in time and very convenient. The delivery person Vladimir was super helpful, nice and went far and beyond. Overall I had a great experience! Thank you

Beatriz was an excellent vendor. She made me feel welcomed and we joke around the prices. However, she gave me different choices of mattresses. Moreover, Beatrix takes into consideration your choice. She does anything in order to accommodate you.

Beatriz , as soon as we entered , greeted us VERY politely and made us feel welcome. On top of her professionalism as a sales associate, her heart has shown , when she was consulting my mother on how she sleeps , lays down and even reads when she’s on the bed. She was completely soft spoken when speaking to my mom and even calmed my mother down , due to her being nervous and elderly. Beatriz deserves to be DISTRICT MANAGER !!!! PLEASE PROMOTE THIS SAINT OF A WOMAN !!!!

I loved the help I received, Andy was very helpful every step of the way. He has helped with everything I needed and asked for. I love the bed I bought, I put together the bed frame by myself and I didn’t need any assistance with anything. I recommend going to mattress firm on 3rd Ave and speaking with Andy.
