Frank was so helpful and very patient with us while we made our decision on our mattress. We have looked at so many by the time we ended up at Mattress Firm. Frank made the decision so much easier for us. Not to mention the prices were incredible! Would recommend 10/10

Frank was a good salesman I give him 5 stars, but the delivery guys look for any reason to not deliver. I accepted and confirmed every email and they was rite downstairs and didn’t deliver because my phone was not accepting calls but they were 3 steps alway from the buzzer. Delivery guys get 0 stars.

Camilo was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved the way he took his time with me and my husband. Extremely pagans customer friendly . Franklin was also very kind and friendly.

Four stars for now until mattress comes in this week. I was worried that I would not be able to get a mattress since I'm on a budget but Camilio was wonderful and helped work out a plan with me. Even listened to my needs of a firm bed due to back issues. Will update this once bed comes in to evaluate the bed.
