I paid for my service always in that place and it is the second time that it has happened to me that they charge me and they do not activate the line ,I always pay 95 dollars and this time out of nowhere he told me that it was 115 without giving me an explanation he took my cell phone and started talking according to the company for half an hour, according to to fix the problem and never did anything in the end I had to pay the 115. Since I hadn't used the cell phone in 6 days, I didn't realize until now that they didn't activate the service

On March 12, 2025, I visited the Metro PCS location at 607 E 187th Street. This was one of six Metro PCS locations I visited in pursuit of the latest Android device. At this particular location, I was quoted a price of $400 for the device.
Subsequently, I visited another Metro PCS location where I purchased the same device for $179. This discrepancy of over $200 suggests a significant overcharge attempt. When presented with evidence of the correct pricing, a male middle eastern in the pictures, displayed a dismissive reaction.
This experience, in conjunction with previous negative interactions, has resulted in my decision to cease all business with Metro PCS. I am deeply concerned by the inconsistent pricing practices and the perceived attempt to exploit customers. I hope that Metro PCS will address these issues to ensure fair and transparent pricing for all consumers.

The worst service ever the staff is so rude and they lie and act like no management is available. I asked for a supervisor he laughed n my face and said he was the boss. I hate establishments like this no supervisor and horrible customer service.
