Big Fat Zero. They're Rude, Use Aggressive Bullying Tactics, Sell You Over Priced, caused Garbage Phones and Won't Work with You on Price, they don't Honor MetroPCS Deals as Advertised And sell damaged phones

The worst part is, they added a tablet line on my account without my permission, I don't even have a tablet and this was not part of the conversation at all. Luckily I went to another Metro and they help me remove this and change my PIN. This place is super shady! The only thing I needed was to switch my SIM to a new phone.Este lugar agrego una linea de tablet a mi cuenta sin mi permiso. Yo ni tablet tengo. Tengan cuidado y si ya han usado esta tienda, revise su cuenta si le estan cobrando una cantidad mas que su plan original.

They like to sell new phones, they don't like monthly payments, I'm doing my monthly payments in other locations cause they said can't accept it.

Horrible place! They target older people who are vulnerable. My parents go pay their phone bill and constantly they are told something is wrong with their phone ! When nothing is wrong ! . They were once told they don't make the charger for their phone anymore and they needed to buy a new phone but yes they do sell those charges! And now my mother was told she can't 0ay her phone bill because she needs to upgrade her phone and buy a new . They employee really did not take my mom's payment telling her that she needs to buy a new phone in order to make a payment. This place is ridiculous! You need to stop taking advantage of these poor customers !!!

I was told I needed a new phone bcz my old phone was broken. After I got home back home I found I only needed a new wire to recharge my old phone. Didn't need a new phone. This was NOT proper. Also didn't get a receipt. NOT PROPER !!!

Do not go to this place if your searching for honesty and/or help! They lie about what they can do about your problems and ignore you if you don't do what they want. They take advantage of you and abuse the fact that You need help, they Made My father Buy un-necesary things and when que checked they still had not helped with the original problem. Please do not go here! If You do your highering the risk that the same thing Will happen to You. Don't let this happen to your family!

This place tried to charge me $8 to pay my bill. I went to the one on fordam road and they never heard of that. The one on 187st said he need to check my phone and get a code. And a $15 20 SIM card , they tried to charge me $55. F them. The one in fordam charged me $15.

I went to buy a Iphone charger, and I checked to see if it was fake, and it was then gave me another one, told them to test if itunes opens and they refused. Asked for my $40. refund, Refused also. Asked for The Manager and refused. I went off. They are selling Fake Chargers. But i will get my Money Back No matter what. They cant be robbing Customers like this.

Terrible. This was my second visit to this location. The reps try to swindle customers. My advice is to do your research before visiting and not to buy anything from here as it will be insanely overpriced. The girl at the register tried to tell me that the signs in the store AND prices as advertised on the website were wrong and "need to be updated." Really? She proceeded to tell me that in addition to the price of the phone and month of service, I would have to pay $25 for activation (rather than Metro's $15 + tax), $25 for the SIM card, and tax on the original price of the phone plus tax on everything else... Don't waste your time or money with these crooks. Go to one of the stores on Fordham Road.

I went in to this location because I have two lines for the last 10 years with Metro PCS the merchant D'Angelo even though he know I had insurance on my phone somehow convinced me that $100 would be tooken off 50 from both phones but I ended up leaving out of there with the bill for $330 for a J-3 Prime which only cost $29 to $59 and a j7 which clearly stated I can get for $149 I ended up paying $230 Upon returning to the store early the next day to question why I was charged so much but quoted a different price they became increasingly disrespectful it wasn't the same Merchant but all the same he clearly said after just 12 hours and no usage on my phone that I can return it or exchange it or anything calling my bank to stop this payment I I was ripped off like I was dealing with a car dealer
