I kinda feel bad leaving bad reviews but my experience at this store have been awful. The guy that works there is unwilling to help and every time i go there he tells me to call customer service. He even told me to go to the next store, like what? And what to say about the girl? She’s rude and nasty. Gives you attitude for no reason. The only thing you can do there is to pay your bill. That’s it. I’ll never go back there. Too bad because I’ve been going to this store for years and never have i ever experienced something like this.

You won’t get help here even if customer service says it’s an in-store set up. Staff is unwilling to help and beyond disrespectful. Sales guy is rude and arrogant from the beginning, tries to act like a smart*** for no reason yet he “cant” get any of your problems fixed. Doesn’t attempt to search on the computer just straight up says they can’t do it, even if you have all the info in hand. You may also get called d*** by this “expert”. When you ask for someone else you’ll just get lied to and told there’s no one else there. Even if the penguin “manager” walks out from the back door they still offer no help whatsoever and lie saying only a corporate store fix it(more misinformation).Got the issue resolved a couple of blocks away in a different store in 5 minutes no issues whatsoever.It’s no wonder why this store is always empty. Awful service.
