( I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, TOMORROW I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE IRS ) I am the gentleman that was sold a factory defective phone. I have gone back to the store various times and got no help whatsoever. Today or tomorrow I will be going to another company for service. This week I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, IRS, FCC, Department of Labor and Department of Human Rights Violations. I will be making several claims, not at once but one after the other. Your insurance company will charge you between $10,000 and $20,000 for every claim made against you. Everything I claim is documented with dates and times. You didn't care about my problem, now I will not care about yours. All this because you knew I was sold a defective phone and you chose to not care about a customer. I told you I was someone important, now you're going to see how important of a person I am. This is a lesson that you should learn from. You will be the 3rd company I put out of business. FYI: The elderly couple that I translated for you, the ones that you disrespected and was forcing them put a card on file to pay the bill , I have their information. I've contacted First Management ( the owner of the building letting them know that legal action will be taken against Metro by T-Mobile)The only reason I'm giving a star is because it's the only way I can post this comment. You guys prayed on the weak and vulnerable, but I'm far from one. To anyone reading this post: this store and the store around the corner ( Under Simpson Train Station) are owned by the same company. I suggest you look for another store to do business with because the representatives of these locations are committing violations in all sorts of levels.
