Might be the worst metroPCS service I’ve ever experienced the employee at this location are just horrible over the phone and in person! No type of sales experience, no customer service experience it’s like they just read from a manual and on top of it all they don’t even try to help get you discounts if you are applicable smh they just give you bare minimum service so you could come back to spend more!

Horrible service, it is always closed... Saturday 5 in the afternoon... horrible bad service and the customer service people are mostly unprofessional for me this is in the worst metro pcs branch... I will have to change my purchase...

Worst customer service for a Employee named Christy, the store manager Clisso he has a nasty attitude, very rude with my grandmother she only 75 years old Argue with her how's that being professional someone need to talk to that store manager Very unprofessional no good service Definitely I will report it to HR to the company. The owner needs to think in his bussines not hiring people like that
