Metro by T-Mobile's service has earned a reputation for being abysmal and frustrating for its customers. The network quality is often inconsistent, with frequent dropped calls and patchy internet connectivity. Users are left exasperated as they struggle to maintain a reliable connection, leading to missed important calls and delayed communication. Moreover, the customer service provided by Metro by T-Mobile is nothing short of a nightmare. Representatives are often unresponsive, unhelpful, and ill-informed, leaving customers stranded with their issues unresolved. The lack of accountability and reliability in their service has caused immense dissatisfaction among users, who feel trapped in a contract with a company that fails to deliver on its promises. All in all, Metro by T-Mobile's service leaves much to be desired, and customers are left longing for a more reliable and customer-centric mobile network provider.I will rate it a star because I did not find less than one star to rate it. 309 E Fordham RdBronx, NY 10458United States

Had a horrible experience with Leo extremely unprofessional! Went with my sister in law so she can pay her phone bill, he immediately started acting passive aggressive because she asked for her receipt, he had told us “now i have to turn the computer on to waste paper”. Then he made a face at my sister in law while she wasn’t looking. Prior to this experience Leo had also tried flirting with my sister in law making her feel extremely uncomfortable. On the other hand joey was extremely nice, he helped us and apologized for his disrespect.

Every experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. They always tend to my needs. The wait is rather short. I would highly recommend anyone in the Fordham area to get their phone needs or metro services from this location.

Joey and Leo is the best ,assisted me with my phone ,very patient and peoples person and they connected me to the high 5g network .they have the best customer service am definitely coming back again to use their services a 100 ?
