If i could give this store 0 stars i would. This store should be closed down or switch out the entire team !! They don’t help nobody all they want to do is rob people money and add lines without telling you. How i can not pay my bill here because i pay somewhere else !! Wanted me to buy a tablet in order for me to pay my bill. This is unacceptable!! This store needs to be shut down !!!

Johanna was very helpful because of her I didn't switch to another carrier thank you guys for having Johanna I when to 167 and the lady was very nasty with me that when I call this store and miss Johanna answer and she is great ask for her when you guys go to the store

Hi me and my husband wanted to get a new mobile connection, and we had a wonder experience at the store here at 13 E 170th st., the customer associate was super helpful and friendly. She advised us on the various plans available, across multiple network providers too. Thank you, would definitely recommend this store!
