65$ just to switch the line you already have to a different phone and not even with a new sim card needed it's crazy ... bad service they always trying to sell you something not needed

Make sure you read the promotions available before buying a phone. The store representative are very dishonest in telling you what is available to you. They will charge you for phones that are free with a new line. Go to T-Mobile, Metro PCS have horrible phones and representatives.

HORRIBLE!!THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON SITE IS NOT IN SERVICE. BUT YET WHEN I PASS BY THE STORE THE WORKERs ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE ON THE PHONE.MY FIRST TIME GOING THERE I GOT OVER CHARGED FOR THE PLAN I GOT FOR 2PHONES. AND SOME LADY IN THERE ACT LIKE SHE DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS OR HOW THINGS WORK IN THE STORE. SMH HORRIBLE

Bad Service from "Shawn" which i doubt is his name went yesterday to get a charger paid 30 for the set for it not to even be original charger for my phone since using it when i unplug my phone from it my phone blinks like im plugging the charger in and out I go today expect a refund or at the most a exchange first thing out his mouth is all sales are final then say i have a bad charge port when I knew i did not ..nor did he have thr equipment to run a diagnostic on my phone I have the stylo 6 and has a diagnostic feature to check if everything working he refused to tell me who his superior was and in the end he was really given me the brush off ...11 days before I have to pay them i just may switch being in a urban population some think they can say or do what ever ...when im sure i know more than him since this is part of my field if you cant show respect to the community you serve you should not be here
