Came to this store and there are a girl that with there actitud she doesn't gonna go nowhere, can to ask something and cuz I didn't wanna buy nothing she treat me like I'm a homeless persone.
I don't know if metro doest hv a bughet to train their personal. 0 recommendation here.

One of the stores with the best customer service. This Metro by T mobile has exceptional staff, and in addition to having a pleasant atmosphere, it is very well located and super easy to get to.

Horrible customer service though this place is in not in the best up kept area... I was in mind boggled by the room is of the representatives while the others said that as if they were indifferent and weren't even occupied with customers!

Bad. Always I go in there or other bronx locations. Customer service is horrible. They always want to sell products I dont like. Don't want. Dont need. And if I refuse to but. They say they don't have the specific product I need. Bad way to make business. They can't even take my payment.
