We had to get new phones. Neither of ours were working properly. It was Friday after work and we were tired. The man behind the counter was well informed, friendly, kind and extremely helpful. He gave us excellent service and made us feel important, even while handling other walk-ins simultaneously. Very impressive. I regret not remembering his name, but it was on 2/2/24. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the customer service, and help I received by the Rep named Rhea at the Morris Park, Bronx NY location. Rhea did everything she could to assist me she was awesome.

Trust me when I tell you this. The lady at the front desk tried to hustle me because I had a phone number from out of town. She would not switch my broken phone to another older phone I had handy with me... She told me because it wasn't 5G capable. Took it to a MetroPCS in Brooklyn NY. Lady there did it, no problem. Watch out for these sketchy people. She was trying to sell me a phone because of my desperate demeanor. I wasn't that desperate (or gullible) though.

They are big-time scammers. especially when switching from different cellular to metro.I advise you to go to Metro by T-Mobile corporate office not to this store because they will robber you blind. Also They will not give you receipts. They will give u any excuse just to make you believe in them, and they take only cash so they can rob you easilyBe careful

How do you turn a 1 star review into a 5 star rock star review, two little words…..CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Initially I had a negative experience at this location. However, the owner reached out to me and was very sincere to rectify the situation. They were having an issue with their payment system n my payment was never processed properly. One thing about paying with plastic is the trail. They eventually located my payment in their system and offered me a refund. I opt to have my service restored instead because of the customer service I received from the owner. He went over n above to make sure I was good. Accountability n treating the customer like first class is everything. Communication is key… if things don’t go your way here for any reason just reach out to the owner, he will make sure you are satisfied with their services.

Great customer service!. My son and I where around the area looking for the best deals and we saw this metro and decided to pop in. We ended up getting the phones we wanted at an amazing price. We are completely satisfied with our purchase. Will be coming back soon for my granddaughters phone.

The guy over there is very rude .. he sold my brother a phone yesterday my brother doesn’t speak English ... the phone was supposed to be with the Black Fridays offer price ... he charged him extra .. when I went the next day to return it he gave me half of the money back .. and cursed me in his language
