I wanted to leave a zero but couldn't do I left a one , stay away from this store ownership has changed and these guys are a bunch of crooks !! They try to cell you phones at a higher price then displayed and offer you a plan that is higher than what I currently have . STAY AWAY !

Unable to activate my Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 because whoever wrote their database entered it as "Dual SIM" when it's actually "Nano SIM". If they fix it, I will change my review to give stars.

I came to the white plains location in the bronx hectic because my phone suddenly locked me out. In no time Wison snd Ginel fixed my problem. They were courteous and expert in diagnosing my problem. Then they gave me a great upgrade on my phone Great place.

Bought a new phone from here last week, phone was activated and setup by tean. Annie was very helpful and informative.The phone case I needed wasn't a available at that time, she told me to come back next week and it would be available. I thought she would have forgotten me but she didn't, got my case today.

This Metro T Mobile is the real deal i so in joy the staff is so respectful kind so nice they will help you.they speak Spanish and English go check them out.

Metro PCS Is Prejudiced Against Discover CardMetro PCS refuse to do any business with Discover Card Company. Metro PCS refuse to except any payment done by customers using Discover Card for free because they are prejudice against particular group of people and things in that company.

Absolutely terrible store. If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady who answered the phone is rude and barely speaks English. Didn't know anything about the promotions at this location. I asked a simple question and she couldn't even answer it. Generally very unhelpful and I will never come to this location. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
