Lazy, don’t want to help, some of the workers want to sit around and do nothing and get an attitude when you come in and they have to work.

The service I received at this location was excellent. My husband and I were helped by Chris. He was knowledgeable and so very helpful. Above all he was very patient being that I am not too tech savvy, that was so important to me. I replaced my broken phone and got a new upgraded one. Chris is an asset to Metro at Westchester Square. It was a pleasure doing business there.

One of the employees, Genesis, was so nice and helpful. I was able to get a phone at a good price. Would recommend stopping by and making a purchase.

This store is now under new management and they have really impress me with the new changes. Store is very clean and friendly environment. The new employees they have are very friendly and kind. They are patient and assist me with my phone problem. I am not very tech savy at 55 years old but they made it easy for me to understand my phone and my problem. Will continue to come here and recommend to all my family.
