Not good deals and hard to fix problems with service

If I could give them 0 stars I would... I got scammed out of money twice in here and the guy that works there refuse to give me back my money... the first time I got scammed into adding a tablet line to my account he removed all of my features and lowered my bill(which I'm not mad about) this time he scammed me into removing the tablet line lowered my bill and still charged me full price for my bill and is now trying to convince me that it was for the cancelation fee... I had the phone rep explaining to me that he only charged me 46 dollars for my bill when I actually gave him 68 dollars... all I was trying to do was get back the 22 dollars that he overcharged me for.. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK

In the middle of the freaking day this store is always closed why do you guys even have this location if you never open up on the time you supposed to open or you guys are gonna go hide when the gates are up !!!! Ridiculous this place is a joke do not go here if you want things done go to a different location

My phone got disconnectedI went to the Metro PCS on 174th StreetThe manager at the store said he cannot connect two of my phone because there were not 5G so he try to force me to buy two new phones because he said that they can't connect 4G anymore because the cell tower does not support it witch was a lie so I went to another metro store and they connected it ImmediatelyWhenever you go to the store do not deal with the manager guy he is a crookI feel sorry for those old people he must have con them all

Two workers there are full of it! They just wanted to make a quick buck, they will try to get you to upgrade your phone in order to pay your bill and you don't have to. Just make sure you do research before doing anything.

This place is never open between 2:30 to 3:30, I don’t know if is a break they taking but clearly you guys should have this clear to the public, so we don’t have to be waiting outside hopping anyone will come to open.
