They add plans and services that you don’t ask for and then you get hit with the surprise bill when it’s time to pay. I went in for an upgrade, they added insurance and premium services without my consent. On top of it all they were trying to charge $40 for a case and screen protector without mentioning the cost. They just add it to your device cost without asking. And now they are charging $5 to pay the bill in store. Goodbye! You lost a customer

Quillermo was such a pleasant and informative sales rep and customer care rep. Made me feel like i made a good decison in phones and plans. I switched because of that excelle t customer service and his coworker Carlolina was just as kind assuring me that i had made the right decsion in switching to metro. I hope they keep these employees for a long time. It makes me feel happy that theybwill be taking care of my phones needs in the future.
