This place is doing scams I bought a brand new phone they made me.swap it for a metro phone they gave me someone else phone now I can't configure it THEY ARE SCAMMERS CALL BBB.Till now not.able to fix my phone cant access VM my phone has been hacked everytime I co.e.to the store no one can help me the manager called me now I can't see him when i go to.the location

Terrible store to go to. Always people outside the store smoking drugs and drinking. Would recommend going anywhere near this store.

Place is under “New Management” as of recently and damn does it show. Customer service is on point! Went in to get a phone for mom and left extremely happy. A gentleman by the name of Jack/Jake helped me out and was extremely helpful and extremely fair. ??

Scammers. I went to purchase 2 iPhones ($49 each) and a Samsung A20 ( free) , theres a $15 activation fee on each phone and the bill for the family plan is $100. The employee tried to charge me $400,He said that's the best deal he could give me! I dont know how $49+$49+$0+$15+$15+$15 +$100 adds up to $400 It should be $243 you're telling me there's a $150 tax on a $243 purchase ??? Corporate needs to look into these stores. The store on Allerton and White plains road is much better.
