Very very unprofessional supervisor this is goes for Analiza shes very rude I see her did same think to other customers as well for 3 days she was lied to me tell me metro towers not working right where I keep telling her I have issue because my phone from the first day the didn't been working rightI Like the manager Roman on Monday he came and replace the phone problem resolved also was another worker I forgot her name she was super nice she try the best to help me to resolve my issue also she was very kind to help the other customers as well

Metro by T-Mobile's service has earned a reputation for being abysmal and frustrating for its customers. The network quality is often inconsistent, with frequent dropped calls and patchy internet connectivity. Users are left exasperated as they struggle to maintain a reliable connection, leading to missed important calls and delayed communication. Moreover, the customer service provided by Metro by T-Mobile is nothing short of a nightmare. Representatives are often unresponsive, unhelpful, and ill-informed, leaving customers stranded with their issues unresolved. The lack of accountability and reliability in their service has caused immense dissatisfaction among users, who feel trapped in a contract with a company that fails to deliver on its promises. All in all, Metro by T-Mobile's service leaves much to be desired, and customers are left longing for a more reliable and customer-centric mobile network provider. Today I was at this store and I received the worst customer services that I ever had, it is crazy how a customers get there and they ignore them. Besides that nobody knows what to do to solve my issues they just want to sell their devices and services, they just don't want to help customer with anything else. I called customer services and they told me that if I go there with an ID they are suppouse to help me but they just didn't want to do it because they will not get money out of it. Well do it to that my girlfriend and I are ready to make a report to the store. Thank you for nothing.

The representative was awesome and helpful, very clean and in order, staff was very attentive and she got to resolve my problem and even offered some good sales and advices, will go back if I need anything because of the representative was cordial and educated, she knows her job and can multitask as she was training other's for the holidays

I highly recommend Metro PCS by T-Mobile . They have excellent customer service and I have never experienced drop calls. Their unlimited package is exactly what they deliver.

So I was there earlier today. I had been wanting to get a new phone and been to so many other stores who gave me issues. I gave it one more shot and was happy I did. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Alyssa. She immediately helped me. She was very knowledgeable and very patient since was having issues porting my number. While I tried to get that fixed she was so amazing with other customers especially an older gentleman who was having issues with his phone. She was just so amazing. She helped me get my phone which was a hassle at other locations (for two days was trying to get the phone). She made my upcoming birthday so much better cause I really wanted a new phone. Thank you so much for your amazing help and personality.
