I came to this store to get a replacement wifi box because my wifi box stop working. The guy at the store refused to give me a replacement. I end up have to purchase a new box according to him which he over charged because the payment text stated $45 but my bank account says $83. To make matter worst he refused to give me a receipt and the box he gave me was faulty because it not working at all. I suspect the he's doing some fraudulent activity because firstly he made changes on my account without my consent then overcharged my account and sold me a broken box refused to give me the customer my receipt which is my customer rights. Metro you need to to know who your employing to do business because I am planning to take this even further legally if this matter doesn't resolve.

Believe nothing that dude in the store is telling you. He opened a line on my account, overcharged me. Never give that dude your phone to access anything. No receipt given. Don't even go inside that store ever.

On Monday Morning around 10 am, I went into this store seeking assistance with access to my account that was locked because the same Man working at this store gained access to my account, changed the password and then refused to clean up the disgusting mess he had made! When I raised my concerns to both him and his female assistant at the store, he went to the back to ignore me and hide his guilt and shame. He made me feel like I was speaking a foreign language when I can clearly speak and write english, very well indeed.
I will NEVER return to this store and I recommended to anyone interested in keeping their Money, and Security to not Trust this store or these People.
Enjoy the 1 star. If it was up to me, I would Not waste a single ONE on this store or these terrible Employees!

Their customer service was so bad. i went there to get my account number because my phone is broken and they kept telling me to call by myself. how am i supposed to call if my phone is broken? both the guy and the girl in there were mad rude and so unprofessional. I'll never go back there.
