TOO BAD IT'S CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE. I NEVER GET ANY HELP HERE. THERE ARE 2 GIRLS WORKING HERE WHO REFUSE TO HELP OR DON'T KNOW HOW. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME SO I WENT TO THE METRO PCS ON 207th ST AND BROADWAY AND I WAS HELPED IMMEDIATELY. THIS HAPPENED MANY TIMES.
THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THESE LAZY AND NASTY GIRLS AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO WORK AND MAKE MONEY FOR HIM

The Latino man with long hair was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He should not be dealing with customers. I visited the store on 08/2/24 to inquire about getting a phone on credit, similar to other stores. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, it was finally my turn. I asked him about the process of getting a phone and paying for it through my bill, as I was tired of phones breaking down quickly. He bluntly responded that MetroPCS doesn't offer that option, insisting I buy the phone outright with cash. He went on a rant, saying they don't need my credit score, my social security number, or any other details.
When I tried to clarify, mentioning that I was almost certain I had done something similar with MetroPCS before, and that I would check with a friend who is a manager, he rudely interrupted and dismissed me with a curt "good day to you." His behavior was so off-putting and unprofessional that I will never set foot in that store again. They need customer-oriented staff who know how to interact with the public. This man should be relegated to a position where he has no contact with customers.

I've never had worse buyers remorse than shopping here yesterday. I asked for the phone I wanted, then the salesperson sold me a phone. I realized it was NOT the phone I'd asked for, but she would not return it less than 5 minutes after I'd bought it. Then after I had a chance to look at the return policy it seems I had 14 days to return it, so I went back during the posted business hours and there was nobody there to let me in. I've never felt so betrayed by a store before. I will never buy another phone at a brick and mortar store again.
