I received a gel manicure and after two days my nails started to chip and looked horrible, I went back to get the gel taken off and was told they were not taking anymore customers for the day, I also was not able to get a refund. Very bad customer service and the main worker was very rude, so I didn’t waste my time arguing with her. I went across the block to Helianthus Esthetics + Nail Bar and they gladly removed my polish for me free of charge. The customer service there was much better and the Salon itself was much cleaner and more inviting. Will not be going back to Mets nails ever again, I wish I could give 0 stars.Service: Gel manicure

The owner’s name is Mr. Lee and even though he has cameras, he doesn’t really know what takes place when he is not present. Let’s start with Lucy & Sara, which are the only two staff that speak a bit of English whom are extremely rude. They play favoritism and pick and choose what customers t they are going to take for the day and if you aren’t Spanish speaking more than likely you will not be seen.I called one day and spoke with Lucy, who told me to come in for 11am. After driving for almost two hours and getting there at the specified time, she takes a another client before me then tells me to wait 25minutes. I wait 25 minutes only for her to take another client, because she said she didn’t see me waiting. Extremely rude service on her behalf. Especially, after telling me to come in at a certain time.Usually, they have a sign in book where you list your name and number so they can call. They pick and choose who to call based on how fast they want their day to go and these ladies are extremely bias when it comes to the race on who they service.I’ve been going to Mr. Lee for years, but he really needs to pay more attention to the staff he lets run a circus when he is not around. Not to mention Lucy, specifically, has sent me to urgent care on numerous occasions for precaution due to her attitude and roughness while doing my feet.Especially, with everything in the world going on. The last thing you need to be dealing with is an infection or an attitude for a service that you are paying. Mr. Lee, also makes enough revenue, which have included increased prices over the years to makes changes in the shop and at least by some new nail polish colors.The shop is going to the dump, because everyone has their own agenda on how to run a business except for keeping the customers happy. Please rectify this matter. Look at the cameras, Mr. Lee, and stop believing those women who are extremely rude and racist.Services: Gel manicure

Omg this place have the rudest staff ever and the owner is not any better. The would always say they not taking anyone more yet doing nails for family and friends after . Also they would say they don't take appointments over the phone yet ur there when they are taking appointments over the phone . Stuff are not sterilize in a proper manner.Services: Gel manicure

Used to go to Mets Nails for years, since they were called Hannas. They have always given the best pedicures. Since I moved, I don't get to go anymore, but I was in the area and was excited to get my pedicure on this day. The woman watched a tv show on her phone the entire time, barely paying attention to what she was doing! She gave me NO massage, which is part of the pedicure experience and one of the things I was looking forward to. She did not clean under my nails well, and did not cut the corners. It was a complete waste of $30 and I will never go back. Plus, they desperately need to upgrade the pedicure chairs.Service: Pedicures

Best pedis Anywhere!! These women take their time and do an awesome job. Its a no frills place but the work is what matters.
