The initial purchase and trade in process was great. Charlie was very fair at time of sale.
Then the issues came. This dealer is over 2 hours away from me. I made the drive to purchase a new Yukon XL from them. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that whoever did the pre delivery detail was not very good at their job. It looked they took a buffing wheel to the passenger side of the car blindfolded. They buffed through the clear coat and left major paint damage on the vehicle. This was not noticeable until the vehicle was in direct sunlight. It was not sunny on the day of purchase. There is also a massive amount of overspray on the vehicle. The overspray is white,
Vehicle is black. Originally Charlie told me that this was a GM warranty issue that I could take it to my nearest dealer. My local dealer informed me that this is in fact a dealer issue and should be corrected by the dealer.
With this information I contacted Milea. After multiple attempt to speak with somebody and being told I would receive a call back I finally was able to talk to somebody at the dealership. They told me that I had to take the vehicle back for them to see it. I disagree as the distance is not reasonable. I provided pictures to Charlie via email. My local dealer stated they’d had these issues in the past and a good dealership will just pay to have this issue professionally corrected.
I got a price from my local detail shop (who has done multiple paint corrections for me). They even gave me a break on pricing. I gave this figure to Milea and they refuse to do anything about it. The last I heard from Milea was that somebody would reach out. It has been over 3 weeks and nobody will speak to me. I can only assume they want to put the same blindfolded guy on the job to try and fix the issue. Obviously they will make it much worse than it already is. A dealership is not equipped to fully paint correct the damage.
I do not recommend buying a vehicle from these guys if you want any service after the sale. God forbid an issue arise they will leave you in the dark. Find any other dealership you can. This is now going to cost me even more money on top of a $97,000 purchase. They don’t care, they’ll take their money, mess up your car and run.

I relocated back to New York City from Atlantic City after 10 years. I contacted Malia Car Maintenance Service, and a wonderful receptionist named Linda, welcomed me home. Linda advised me on the best time and way to travel from Yonkers into the Bronx. The service provided by Malia was excellent, professional, detailed and honest. Afterwards, what I found most unusual was that Linda provided me with a schedule of maintenance services that should be performed monthly or annually. She wanted to know if I had any other concerns prior to leaving and being escorted to my vehicle by one of their maintenance staff. I have a new Certified GMC Service provider that I feel are trustworthy. Thank you Linda, I am glad I took your advice.

I want to thank Charlie sales rep. He gave me a great deal and I’ve been with this dealership for 11 years and this is my tenth lease car I am very pleased with the dealership Linda always takes care of me when I have issues with a car and the repairman are great. I recommend anyone that wants to Lisa call please or by check this place out and don’t forget see Charlie he’s great. He will work out a deal with you he did with me. ??

There's been so many auto mechanic services that are curiously questionable I'm not only the quality of parts, manpower qualifications, but also even if you have a warranty or extended warranty they take advantage of leaving you dissatisfied! For years since buying my SUV at another New Rochelle location that closed shop dealership, I came to this often shady ownership that kept me deliriously untrusting of their explanations, breakdown statements, and complete BS Diagnostics leaving a Gut-Reactive DISLOYALTY FEELING! In the future I now know to NEVER-EVER come to this DEALERSHIP SERVICE SHOP that says they FIX AUTO PROBLEMS but once you leave the business office, other VEHICULAR TROUBLES begin to unexpectedly flair up on the DASH CAM TECH PANEL or you HEAR or SENSE an ODD SOUND or clunky, squeaking, whirling, and struggling part possibly necessitating adjustments or replacements!
