I had an exceptional experience at Milea Buick GMC Service Center, all thanks to the wonderful front desk lady! It was my first time there, and I went in for an oil change and a new key for my GMC. She truly is heaven-sent! From the moment I arrived, she communicated effectively and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.What impressed me most was her genuine care and attention to detail. She made sure I didn't feel taken advantage of and even provided additional information on how to properly maintain my specific car. With her exceptional customer service, I'll ALWAYS be coming back as long as she is there!The professionalism and dedication of the staff at Milea Buick GMC Service Center truly stand out. From scheduling my appointment online to the seamless service experience, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of professional GMC and Buick service in Bronx.

I hate to give em a one star but I tookmy hummer there more then few times & had taken it to another shop for another repair I had check engine light come on the service manager said the mechanic doesn't want to work on the Hummer after I took it somewhere else they should have more professional mechanics so now I need to look for other options..besides that Linda was the only reason I took it back & they said mechanic are booked

I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change and state inspection and was finished at 11:20 am. Service was quick and everyone was professional.

Bought our car from there Milea Buick GMC back in July. Since the car is brand new, I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. That includes service and parts. I've been there a few times because I've added some accerrories to the car and they always take care of me. Anything you need, They'll go above and beyond. They are also reasonably priced. Love this place! Linda Cuomo is the absolute best!
