Mobil gas station & Auto repair service
I recently had an experience with Mobile gas Station & Auto repair that I feel compelled to share. While driving home one evening, I got blow out flat tire. Stranded and unsure of what to do, I pulled into Mobile.
Their concern and willingness to help were evident. They were professional, friendly, and above all, genuinely concerned about my safety and well-being.
They said the mechanic would be back in an hour to assessed the situation. Throughout the process, they kept me informed and reassured, which made the entire ordeal much less stressful. Their efficiency were remarkable, and they had me back on the road in no time.
What truly stood out was their empathy and the personal touch they brought to their service. It wasn’t just about fixing the flat; it was about making sure I felt safe and taken care of. This level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.
I wholeheartedly recommend this Mobile service station for their outstanding service and compassionate approach. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

Worst auto shop ever! They charged us few thousand bucks and are car wasn’t even fixed it and made worse also took 3 weeks. I had to go to another auto shop to get it professionally fixed for 2700 since they ruined the car and made things worse. When we talked to them about the situation they simply responded we don’t care about the money we just don’t understand why you are mad! Unbelievable, then when we asked for a refund since they didn’t care about the money they said no. Never going there ever again. Do not recommend!

I went to another service station nearby and they said they couldn't complete my inspection because my car is 2021 but they were able to do it with no wait and no issues.

Today I met 3 of the kindest guys - genuine, empathetic, and all around amazing. Luckily, when my tire blew I was right next to this Mobil and pulled in. Although they were busy and getting ready to close, all three men working started assisting me and with pleasure!!! Took my truck into the bay, put on the spare, inspected my other tires, educated me on identifying issues with my tires. As I anxiously paced around the driveway, one of them brought me a chair to sit in, they all chatted with me and again were truly pleasant to work with and be in company of. They handed me business cards and told me if I ever need anything I should reach out. I’m an hour from them and happened to just be passing through but would CERTAINLY frequent this shop if needed. As leaving, they cautioned me on speed of driving on the spare, the fact that it’s a front tire replacement meant I would have difficulty steering if the spare or another tire blew, the mileage a donut is good for, and urged me to get new tires (they didn’t have new ones) ASAP. They also offered to find me a used tire for the drive home if it would’ve made me feel better. I’m now wishing I had listened bc the service centers near me can’t replace my tires until next week.I was so incredibly impressed with the service and experience. I would definitely recommend this small but might auto repair shop and the team there!!!!!! I hope they get to see this - and if they do - THANK YOU FOR BEING GREAT!!!Service: Tires

My senior citizen mother purchased a car from them. They charged her $100 for an inspection that the state regulates at $37 . It was a fake sticker . I got pulled over driving her car and the cop gave me a summons, he took the sticker off and proceeded to educate me on what to look for in a fake sticker. I took it back to them and demanded it be resolved. Finally they inspect the car, and gave me another sticker and tried to charge another $37 dollars . Then the Spanish guy tells me to tell my mom to come see him to pay him on the side . These guys are a bunch of scoundrels . Don’t ever , ever, ever spend your hard earned money here. From Mohammed, to steve to the mechanics they are all robbers.
