Guy with orange beard comes out to pump my gas, as he doesn’t even know how to… I told him that’s enough gas in my car he then proceeds to be sneaky and fill up a water bottle with the gas… with my card. He came from the auto shop so I’m assuming he needed it for a car. That was the most disgusting thing I even seen. I stopped him and he played dumb

This mobil gas station located at 3424 east tremont ave Bronx ny I went for oil change this week they charge $135.00 for oil change and they live oil filter lose my car was spilling oil all over the street and I went back to them when they where doing the job they where talking in there language and laughing not polite after they finish they charge me $50.00 dollars more for the same oil change,

Don’t go to 3424 Bruckner Blvd this Mobil to get your oil change. First they charged me $135.00 for an oil change then didn’t secure the oil filter correctly which made my car leak oil. Went back to speak to them about it to get it fixed. When they corrected it the way it should have been done In the first place they charged me another $50.00 to correct it! When I asked for a receipt they couldn’t provide one.

My experience at was nothing short of a nightmare, and it was by far the worst service I’ve ever received from any auto repair shop. What should have been a quick and simple tire replacement turned into an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting ordeal that took an unthinkable three hours to resolve.
It all started when I called ahead to request a new tire for my car. I was told they had the tire in stock and could install it immediately, which seemed like a simple request. I arrived at the shop and waited for about 30 minutes while they installed the tire. After what I thought was a normal wait time, I was informed that the tire was leaking air. This was a huge red flag, especially since I was led to believe that the tire they had was in good condition.
The situation only got worse from there. The staff then called one of their employees to supposedly “fix” the issue. After a bit of back and forth, the employee returned with a completely different tire, only to find that it was the wrong size. It was clear that they had no idea what they were doing, and at this point, I was starting to lose my patience. To make matters worse, the owner of the shop was not only unhelpful but outright rude. Instead of offering any apologies or solutions, he was impolite and dismissive of my concerns.
Despite all of this, the shop still took another two and a half hours to install the wrong tire—one that was used, mind you—on my car. This was a far cry from the quick fix I had anticipated. The entire ordeal was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. By the time I left, I was completely fed up and felt that my time and money had been completely wasted.
In all honesty, if I could rate this shop with zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence and poor customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable auto shop to steer clear of this place. It’s a shame that places like this still exist, and I’ll certainly never return all of this was expirence with my family .

Gas prices aren’t that high at this gas station in particular it fluctuates from time to time but normally it’s very low

My friend and I were driving to Pennsylvania from Ling Island when our car started overheating. They helped us put in coolant and filled our tires with air. They also pointed out other issues that the car is dealing with and gave us advice with what to do when returning home to Pittsburgh. They only charged us for the coolant, no maintenance fee. They were professional, kind, and informative! Highly recommend!

I visited this gas station to have my car fixed because the push button to start my car was pushed all the way in. Initially, the Puerto Rican gentleman working there was polite and explained that attaching the silver ring to the push/start button would fix the issue. I paid $60.00 for what was supposed to be a 15-minute job involving crazy glue. However, the next morning, the piece broke again. Returning to the station, instead of offering a refund, they insisted I purchase the part again, costing an additional $30.00 on Amazon. When I persisted in seeking a refund, I was met with disrespect, yelled at, and even threatened by the individual who attempted to fix my car. Another individual diffused the situation and left my push start button out/dangling. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Short version: I visited two weeks ago to get my car inspected. I was told to fix something 1st prior to the inspection. $$$ later, I was unable to get my car inspected and what they claimed to have fixed caused another issue, making the car almost not drivable. I ended up taking the car somewhere else for the inspection and for them to fix the mess Mobil created. I definitely would never go back.

The guy who was a horrible human being is now GONE from this place, and has been gone for like 2 years. The current owners are very honest, don't upsell without need, and do your car inspection quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

My wife took our car here for an oil change. When she got home, the check engine light, traction light, and 4wd lights were all illuminated. They also overinflated all four tires without being told to do so. When we went back to inquire about the newly lit check engine light, they told us to "Google it." Now I have to take my car somewhere else, and pay to have them fix what this place screwed up.
