Horrible services and management. I established a monthly bill payer system where money would automatically be deducted from my checking and paid to credit card bill. After receiving of notices of none payments and late
charges, I visited the main office and spoke with the manager 3 times because I didn't want it to tarnish my credit rating. Each time I was assured that it was their mistake and it would be corrected. It was not. 4th time, I called the mgr who expressed to me that he was busy and it was my problem, then he hung up. Its been 6 months, have lost my line of credit/rating (which was
excellent) Next stop
nyc, nystate banking commission. Don't bank with them, horrible/personnel, service , no senior mgmt or anyone else besides mgr to speak to, even sent email to Bd.of Directors, no response. WHAT A SHAM!

Never enough tellers when busy especially Saturdays, also they close an hour earlier on Saturday which is inconvenient

Had an appointment set for 9:15am, front reception Johanna took me right away despite being early. I was issued a new card and educated on how to use/register for the NYMCU app and was out of the bank in under 10mins!

Algala Anderson is best employee I have ever met. She is hard working,willing to go beyond to help her clients and heart warming. I was seen by Ms. Anderson who was very professional, polite and extremely informative. By far the best experience I’ve received at MCU in comparison to the other visits. She was tremendously helpful, as well as, patient. If banks had more employees such as her it would be smooth sailing all across the board.

The Branch Manager Courtney is very unprofessional , and rude. He lacks sense of urgency and going above and beyond for the customer. He speaks to customers like they are children, and makes very unnecessary comments as the team leader. I liked this branch until I encountered him. Now that I have experience his overzealous need of feeling wanted and needed I now see that the feedback on yelp, and Google is absolutely correct! I will not do business in this location ever again!!
