This place is amazing. Very clean and professional staff. Kat has skills like no other gives you great suggestions on your nails and advice on how to maintain them. This shop isn’t like other shops that rush and are money hungry. Keep up the good work Kat many blessings.

Amazing! It was my first time. My wife booked an appointment and the rest is history. Great atmosphere, but most important, stellar work. I got a manicure for my rough hands and they came out brand new. I also got a pedicure while on a massaging chair and a foot massage. I thank the establishment for an amazing experience and Maria for executing it perfectly.

My first time at Nail Factory and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I’ve been coming to Stephanie for years prior and she’s such a great artist and add here. Plus the location is perfect and close to home. I was not excited to call to make an appointment but that touch was honestly so worth it, I got to speak with the owner and she was absolutely the sweetest. You know she cares a lot about her business. You will not be disappointed coming here! I will be back every 3 weeks!

My usual nail tech was booked for the month and I was in dire need of a fill-in because my index nail was lifting od. Remy did my fill-in and she did that . The shaping is on point, the apex in seamless and none of my nails look bulky. She took her time and did her thing with making sure they were almost perfect. My only critique is, the acrylic on just one of my nails wasn't sealed properly (picture provided). I'm definitely satisfied with my service. Also, the environment was very welcoming, I did a walk in and didn't have to wait any time (it was a Tuesday at noon). Remy even asked if the acrylic I already had on my nails glowed in the dark to ensure that she matched the acrylic colors perfectly . She did that. & the fill-in was only $45 which is less expensive than my actual nail tech (she's worth her pricing tho).

Called ahead, arrived on time, waited 35 minutes. My girl couldn’t do what I wanted so I settled, my nails are a bit crooked and a weird dark pink. They were discussing prices in front of me in Spanish (I understand very well but don’t speak fluently so I refrain) and somehow end up at $60 for short frenchies, when other numbers were thrown around. My French isn't even either. Workers were kind but I would not return.Service: Acrylic nails
