went there to get my Lashes done as I always do!! Rachel is so sweet and In tune with her clients. she really does an amazing job and u can see it in her results. I'm always pleased. I wanted to Try the "new thing" tinting eyebrows so I did and needless toooo Sayyy I am pleased!!! THANK U HUN

Hands down the crappiest experience I’ve had in this neighborhood, and I’ve lived here 15+ years… the lady that did my pedicure wasn’t the best at designing, but she did a good job at scrubbing. The lady that began my tips was rushing and rude because they were going to close early. I showed her a shape and design and let’s just say she barely made is past filing once the acrylic was on. I repeatedly requested she adjust the nail prior to applying the acrylic and she insisted it would change after the acrylic. Then I was picking the acrylic off my fingers- literally from my nail to my knuckle and she reprimanded me stating I needed to wait to which I replied no because j felt uncomfortable. She snatched my hand and began speaking in her native language. I requested she stop because the work felt rushed and I didn’t like the fact that it was sloppy and the nails were thick with chunks of acrylic underneath. She began to yell at me. When I asked her to lower her voice she became louder to which I raised my voice and told her that if I wasn’t going to pay money for something I wasn’t happy with just because she wanted to go home. If that were the case they should’ve asked if I wanted to proceed or come back another day during their regular hours. While a supervisor attempted to rectify the situation by taking over and offering me $5 off it didn’t make up for the sloppy experience- not to mention there were specks of dirt or maybe the “crust” of the nail file underneath acrylic. I included a picture of the design and shape I requested as reference.

I was disappointed on Monday the 3rd of July. Debbie did my nails because the owner wasn’t there. She was on the phone most of the time. I went for a feeling and told her that I wanted pink. She said that because I had powdered color it would have to be only on the feeling not the whole nail. I said, “that’s fine”. Long story short she did a sloppy job. The next day my nails started falling .off. She should’ve paid more attention to my nails instead of taking on the phone. I now don’t want to go there never again.

Jessica or Jennifer can't remember name my nails lifted 3 days later there was no remorse or Accommodations in fact she got very nasty told Mr go somewhere else had to glue down my nails 3 days later

I love this place for the quality of their acrylic nails and customer service. But they need to fix their hours online because they do not open at 9am. I have been standing in front of the nail salon for almost a hour and no one is here nor do they answer their phone.Services: Acrylic nails
