We bought 2 SIM cards in the store on Allerton on our trip in NYC so we didn't have to rely on only WiFi. Both of the SIM cards worked when we left the store, but 1 hour later, one of the SIM cards stopped working.We went back to the store the next day with the receipt to try to get a working SIM card, but it wouldn't work on the one phone. They tried another provider, but this didn't work either. We even tried the SIM card in another phone, and it still didn't work. Even though the SIM card wasn't working and we had the receipt, they would not give us a refund. They should have tested the phone first to see if it was compatible with the SIM card.Glad that one SIM card worked, but very disappointed that they wouldn't refund us for the non-working SIM card.
