I had the worst nail experience of my entire life. Today I went to this nail salon to get a fill in and pedicure. I called ahead to inquire about the wait time and they informed me it would be a 20 min wait. I waited over an hour to get seated. Once seated, I asked to get a fill in. Upon the nail tech looking at my nails he ( NAIL TECH THAT SITS IN THE SECOND CHAIR FROM THE FRONT) informed me that I should take the acrylic off and start over. I said ok. He asked me if I wanted any tips and I told him no. I wanted an overlay. He proceeded to berate me, asking me over and over again to get tips. I told him no REPEATEDLY. He then proceeded to use a NAIL TIP TO TAKE OFF MY OLD SET. I have never experienced that before . Have you??? He removed my nails so aggressively that he ripped into my nail bed and I started bleeding. After I told him he was being rough after taking off the acrylic, he proceeded to berate me about the tips again. HE STARTED YELLING AT ME, TELLING ME I NEED TIPS after he damaged my nails. I kindly informed him he is the one who did my nails prior so if my nails are damaged, it is because YOU DAMAGED THEM. He kept yelling so I kindly let him know that he will not be doing my nails and he told me to MOVE. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My nails chipped within 2 days from the previous set but I wanted to give this nail salon another chance. SMH WORST DAY EVER

It's not a bad place. The nail tec do a great job. However, they are overpriced for the
simplest designs, in my opinion. I've been there a total of 6 times now and idk what happened but the last time I went my nails didn't even make it to 2 weeks so disappointed but this was the first this has happened and I stay going to the same guy so hopefully this was a first and last

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Despite showing a clear reference photo and politely requesting a simple French tip design, the technician immediately pushed back with attitude, and not taking in my feedback about the shape being incorrect. I emphasized that I was willing to work with him, but he continued to be dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
Feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, I decided to leave before the service finished. Thankfully, I was able to walk in at Funny Nail (1 block away) where I received excellent service and exactly what I asked for—with no complaints or attitude.
I would not recommend this salon based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. There are many other places in the area that treat clients with respect and are happy to accommodate reasonable requests.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and I haven’t left once unsatisfied with my nails. Zach is the person who usually does them for me, he listens and is patient with what I want😭. I definitely recommend coming here.

MY EXPERIENCE & SERVICE HERE IS AMAZING ALWAYS! I usually come here to see James.. but i decided to try out a different nail tech this time and fell in love with his work. His name is Zach & he is quick & efficient. He is also super NEAT & PRECISE when it comes to his work. This time he did my birthday nails & i am honestly so in Love with them. Hannah is also amazing. I usually go to her for a pedicure. Service at this place is a 10/10 ALWAYS! only thing missing is a Mimosa 🥂🥰

Amazing service! I made an appointment with the salon across the street. The woman that I had the appointment with never even showed up. I waited 25 minutes… I walked into this salon was greeted immediately. I only waited 13 minutes. I was seen almost right away, and I didn’t even have an appointment. I was serviced by Martin. He was very quick and professional and very nice. And the price that I paid was excellent. Martin’s wife was also very kind as well and the man who greeted me when I walked in (I believe his name is Jack). I will definitely be back for my next nail appointment and I will call and ask for Martin. Thanks Martin!

Hue is great, she did my nails very beautifully and the way I wanted it done. She takes her time and manages to fix anything that needs fixing so there is no bumps, I totally recommend her if you want to get your nails done. I also got my eyebrows done by her, it was good but just needed a little fixing when I got home. This nail salon is very nice and offers exceptional services.

I received a sub par manicure and pedicure. The technician was in everyone else's business except mine. I paid for a regular mani and pedi. The polish job was similar to a student in their first week. Very uneven and not so smooth. Thank goodness no one was getting an up close and personal viewing. I well stick to my regular nail shop on jerome ave and 168th st!

Very pretty! Quick and simple, they take their time but the result is good! 10/10 would go again.
Cleanliness: Very clean, no bugs though when you walk in be prepared for a strong smell of nail polish.

I haven’t gone to get my nails done in a while, this was definitely worth it. My nails are simple and cute. I’m usually picky with my tips looking uneven but it’s quite even, no complaints. Total is 60 because of a 5$ discount. The woman doing my nails really did her thing and knows how to conversate. I enjoyed my time being there, especially with the topics that were brought up. Made the experience fun and enjoyable.

The guy there exceeded my expectations! This was my first time coming here and I was super nervous, but the guy who worked on my nails did a fantastic job! I regretted the nail shape I chose at first but I didn't have the heart to stop him midway through so I let him do his thing and he actually changed the shape a little and i loved the new look. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!
