Unprofessional and rude behavior coming from the banker I have never seen anything like this before . I open a Bank of America account in Queens NY I wasn’t been been told that I cannot bank there which they know that I live in the Bronx
I went to open a Business account last week only to be denied because I live in the Bronx and the Bank is at little Italy close to Fordham Road flat out wrong still hurts on why I was denied

Honestly, blown away by my experience today. I’ve been a small business owner in The Bronx for over a decade and I’m currently banking with Wells Fargo and unfortunately I’m not getting the representation that I would like with my bank so someone told me about community banks. I went in today to find out about opening a personal and business account, and wanted to know a few things about the bank, the young woman, kindly stop my questioning and jumped right into what type of business do I have? I told her I have a small DJ company that does weddings and private events and she told me this bank does not give out loans to businesses like me, only Construction. I was taken back and reminded her isn’t a community bank for the community and she shrugged her shoulders and said that’s what I was told. I kindly said thank you and walked out, but had to post this review. Construction businesses are not the only ones who have businesses in these communities. Everyone should have an opportunity to get a decent loan to expand their company hence community bank.

I would NEVER bank here! Worst customer service I have ever received from a bank. Particularly an employee named Kim. She has such a nasty attitude!! They should leave her to filing, not speaking to human beings.
