I'll say this, i do like Mr. Drummond, hes a nice guy and they do your tax's fine but someone who maybe works for him somehow manages to screw up the tax return process EVERY SINGLE TIME. 3 years in a row i've had issues getting my tax return and this most recent tax season is the most infuriating. My tax return was deposited into someone elses bank account and now NO ONE is picking up the phone from NV services. Doesn't matter what time i call, Monday-sunday 9am - 5pm they just completely ghosted. I will take down this review once i get a response and things are rectified but until then, this is just incompetence at its finest.
