I turned in a phone that wasn't turning on. The technician says it needed a motherboard and it would be ready in 3 days. 5 days later they say they're still waiting for the part. I gave them a few more days and still the same excuse. I gave them a few more days and still the same excuse. This is all over a period of 2 and a half weeks. I used to be a service technician and this kind of service is inexcusable. Deal with them at your own risk!!!

3 months ago I brought in a tablet because the screen was coming off the tablet and you couldn't type by tapping on the screen and the blame for that was the same very store who I'm bringing it back to fix they take too long they don't do a good job DO NOT RECOMMEND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I'm still waiting on that tablet.....

My iPhone 11 Pro Max was broken to the max screen and back. I went and they had ok prices better then other I’ve seen near. I got it fixed and they said they would use the same materials as the original phone. Back def wasn’t and the screen prob wasn’t as it started glitching the first day I got It back. I went back and they said they’ll fix the screen free since it wasn’t my fault it was there mistake. Got it fixed and it works but I’m 99% sure they downgraded my screen cause letters can be be blurry. Never coming back. Update the screen is messing up again ??don’t fix your phone here.

The prices for their phones are ridiculous. They will charge you $100 or more for what the phone is worth. Do not buy anything from there. As to fix your phone It's a okay price but I can find a cheaper price and they may not have the parts they need to fix it asap. You might have to wait a day.

I'm tired of they phones always being busy of getting a fax machine sound everytime I call they really going to loose out business if they can do better I mean they are the best phone store in the Bronx period.
