“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“I've been here 3 times. Hard to find a mechanic knowledgeable with diesels and one that works on duallys for the matter. The reason why I'm a return customer is because I had a problem after an alignment and new tires i bought here, I asked for them to take a look at it. Rather than try and upsell me for a new alignment or something else, they simple found out it was a minor tire issue and took care of it. Happy I gave them a chance!”
“They take advantage with the prices but the tech guys are actually pretty good. If you are a car guy and know about places like this and how they function this one is actually pretty darn good. As an old guy I’ve found it’s worth the extra only ten bucks or so to let someone well younger than me and with an easy setup under the vehicle to do my oil changes.
I’ve had very bad experiences. The valvolene place on central ave in white plains actually over tightened my drain plug and cracked my belly pan on a vehicle so points to this place for never damaging any of my vehicles brought here.

“Place can be a time trap on the weekends and after work for oil changes, so go early. The guys are nice but always try to squeeze every penny they can get out of an oil change. Be mindful, watch them check air conditioning fliters and make sure they're giving you "good' oil. Use the free car wash even if it's raining. Unless you live around there, you're going to forget to use it. Don't forget to tip.”
