It's a good replacement for a Dollar Tree for the area, at least they sell things for 1.25 (the new dollar apparently) but check the expiration dates on stuff before you buy. I bought some snacks and had to exchange them cuz they were expired. But they gave me no issues since I had the receipt. Their return policy is only 7 days though psh so make sure to notice on time ?

Horrible customer service …..first time shopping at this location …me sister and mother in law purchase quite a few things … a closet organizer package was opened so I brought two to the cashier so that can scan the closed one that didn’t have the price.I clearly told the cashier I only wanted ONE …as I’m placing my bags in the cart the cashier charged me for the two closet organizer ….I realized the two items as I’m walking to my car. I returned to the store and told the cashier what he did and he agreed it was his mistake … he goes to the manager and explains she dismisses him and say all sales FINAL !!I’m couldn’t believe the rudeness !!! I tried to explain myself and again dismissed me also … yelling next customer !! She’s a horrible manager !!I asked for her name and she refusedSo I took a picture and she said Get out my f—-king store.Unreal behavior !!!! Don’t spend your hard earned money here …

I often shop at this store for some basic things to use around the house that don't need to be necessarily "top" quality - bc yes I am aware it is a DollarTree store - but that can get the job done. But if I bring an item back (with receipt and even the packaging) for an exchange/return because it is obviously defective, I should not be told: "it's been opened so we can't take it back". How am I to know an item is defective if I don't open it and try to use it? Why do I have to pay for defective merchandise sold at your store? Customers should be able to get their $ back for/exchange items YOU sell that are defective. And YOU the store should eat up that cost- not the community. SHAME ON YOU.

I felt cheated sad discouraged every single month for many years of shopping for necessities before I traveled off my neighborhood and went to this store recently( When you buy cheap stuff you have to buy them often because they don't last long, but thank God they exist) So yippee for this store.I pray One Dollar Zone prices don't go up?. I pray they never close. Poor people, and people on a tight budget need them!!!! Other so call 99 cent stores or discounts stores that's around shouldn't be called 99 cent or discount stores anymore because they rob us especially these days with the prices going up each month it seems. Those so call 99 cent and up stores have nothing $1.00, or even $1.25. Good luck finding a necessity like dish soap. Body wash, rags, slippers socks or anything important that will last a little while or not harm our skin, or the air we breathe and that's actually maybe sometimes brand name that might work for $1.00,or 1.25,or 1.50 or even $2.00 maybe even 3.00 depending on the product. So thank you One Dollar Zone.

It's an off-brand Dollar Tree pretty much, but it's very organized, well put together, and orderly. They really do try really hard to keep the store nice and have a nice store front. Kudos.

This store is not that close to my home, but when I'm in the area I stop in and find items to my liking so I have to say it is worth the time and trip. Just be careful because a lot of the merchandise is well over a dollar.

You go in with the intention of buying one thing, then you end up with 20 items ?. The energy is always great there. The cashiers have a great personality and are very patient. The hardest part of my experience is having to leave. Thank you One Dollar Zone!.

Be carful here check your receipt! I didn't realize til I got home that I had been charged for extra items & overcharged on an item. I wonder how many ppl this cashier scammed out of $2.75. I will be extra careful when I shop here in the future. Other than that issue this store is good, great prices, has almost everything & it's clean.
