If I could give them 0 stars I would, these people are THIEVES!! 2 months ago I sent a Refrigerator and still has not arrived to Santo Domingo. I have called many times and they don’t pick up, at this point I believed they saved my number and they’re just ignoring my calls, no response no follow up, NOTHING. DO NOT SHIP YOUR BOXES WITH THEM.

Please do not send cash with these companies, they are thieves, they steal all the items inside and then they are not responsible. The address that is there does not exist, I went to three different addresses to be able to find them

When the barrel arrived in DR but it took 3 weeks to physically get to my moms location so clear 20 days is a lie. Upon arrival the package was opened it didnt even have the same cover I shipped it with.Many items Stolen, When reporting it to the company, the women on the other end was very nasty- and made it seem like oh well what you gunna do about it.There was absolutely no accountability. She simply stated camera were check and we saw nothing. Another lie. So its not like we are going to reimburse you as per her words. Once upon a time this company was secure, clearly its not any longer.

This company does not exist!! Neither of the two places they have on google map are theirs after they look for the box and you pay them they never pick up the phone because they keep your number !!! They are thiefs !!! I sent a box and I never knew about the box or from them because they don't answer and the address is a lie !!!!!!! You have to call Telemundo and Univisión, I'll take my first step!!!
