The staff here is very professional and nice. Did not have a long wait time so that's a plus. Overall great experience!Update from 2020- 2021: I changed to a different physical therapist because I felt that I was getting worse (due to their injections. It did absolutely nothing for me and only kept the pain away for a few days) and expressing concern that I felt surgery was needed and I wasn’t taken seriously. Went to St Barnabas instead, was scheduled for surgery about 2 months later and I can move without pain again.

I have no problem with doctors here, they are very helpful and considering. It's always the receptionist that are problem. I wanted to change the physical therapy place so I got new doctors note and got all the form ready, but the office have to send authorization code to PT place so the I would be able to get the treatment. But the lady who handles with this is not helpful and not sending out the right codes that PT place is requested. I've been contacting the office since 2 months ago and still coyld not change Physical Therapy place because they haven't solved this problem yet.I've been trying to send out email, call the office but it's impossible to reach out to the lady who handles this

Dr. Kim is very compassionate and a good listener. He understood my situation and prescribed exactly what i needed. i have great confidence in his knowledge and judgment and am looking forward to working with him in the future.this past week i met with Dr. Elbaz who is the same. Kind, compassionate and provides immediate care. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Joseph Kim has not only taken over for my previous Doctor at this practice who was EXCEPTIONAL in his own right, but also Dr Kim has been very caring & extremely helpful with my present pain management needs.Pain Mngt is not a perfect field of medicine but the combo of Dr Elbaz, Dr Ko & Dr Kim should be able to help you get some answers & some relief!!!

I just came to drop my cousins ro the office and the elevator was not working.....I called to asked why this was not notice to the patient and the girl on the phone was totally rude and unpolite.......why will you have people like this at you offices.......if a patient is looking for your services and can't walk up stairs the best thing is to call and let them know in advance ...now this is part of the people you put upfront to keep up with Info.....how rude she was

2510 Westchester Ave... Pain management and fisical therapy. A good place to heal. Although it was much better when the chiropractor was there (I don't remember his name, Asian man).

Wonderful practice! All Doctors at Pain Physicians NY are kind, patient motivated and skilled. I have pain resulting from a long career as a professional dancer and have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Elbaz,Dr. Ko and Dr. Kim are an amazing team. Lucky to have found them!
