This place is a scam they stole my sectary and down payment deposit.when i reached out they never got back to me!.the place is not presentable for a event...,its stink inside the bathroom was nasty,the location is not kids friendly or safe .the communication is off.if your looking to get SCAMMED then you can go here .

I had a celebration of life memorial here for my dad. The space was accommodating for our needs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I also liked that we had lots of flexibility and time with setting up and cleaning after the event. We had the space for practically an entire day. My only issue is that it took a few days to get my deposit money back. I took off one star away for that. The staff was friendly still. They apologized and fixed the issue. Other than that, it was a good experience. I’d recommend it.

Great space with affordable price! Had my babyshower there and everything was easy to access heat was perfect bathroom clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Plenty of time was giving for set up I definitely recommend!!

Nice sized space for a small party, staff was very nice & down to earth. The place is clean and reasonably priced. A corner store right next to venue which is super convenient.

The space was lovely for a baby shower, enough tables and chairs, very clean and great communication. I would 100% recommended for any event. Even the store being next door was very helpful. There’s things nearby. The staff is kind, on time, and very informative.

The hall was dirty smelled & floor was sticky. They sent a guy to mop with a dirty mop, then my poor cousin had to mop again, and the floor was still sticky. After complaining, they finally sent a nice lady who mopped and sweep the hall. The hall also needs to be painted because the walls look bad. It’s actually very sad because they will give us a hall like that after paying $750 plus deposit. Just because we’re from the Bronx does not mean we should accept whatever they give us. The hall has potential, but they need to get it together a gallon of paint it only $30 bucks. They need to invest in fixing the hall.

Had such a great experience booking this venue. Management was extremely accommodating and easy to reach . The venue was spacious and I rented both top and bottom to give the kids space to run and play! Would definitely book again

The best place to do a party at, I rented out both floors, I had the bounce house for the kids downstairs, I had the best time for my son 1st birthday party. Krystle the secretary is down to earth made my booking experience smooth. Highly recommended ?

Party Hall was a great venue for the baby shower. The price was right, the staff was pleasant, very convenient for guess taking public transportation, tables and chairs included, refrigerator, bathroom, air-conditioning, etc. I can go on and on so I would definitely recommend this place.

DIDNT know what to do for my daughters birthday party was going are to different halls they was trying to charge me extra for last minute but Chilllllleeeee once I call Mrs Krisbel on the phone she worked things out with me right then and thereA little mishap but all was in control at the end Mr William was very helpful and kept in contact with me all in all wonderful space for intimate occasions.
